Organization: Use the 7v7 field across the field with 6' far post goals, cones as shown, balls and pinnies.
Duration: Break group up into 2, run area 1 and 2 simultaneous for 10 minutes then switch. Area 3 will be run with the both groups as a 7v7 game focusing on positional play.
Instructions:
Area 1- Set up enough gates for one par player, have everyone dribbling randomly and when coach yells "gate" everyone dribbles to a gate and stops the ball. Run 3 or 4 times and then remove a gate and a ball, the player without a ball starts at the side and when the coach calls gate they try to steal a ball from someone not at a gate. Continue until there is only one player with a ball.
Area 2- Pair up players with a ball, they have to pass through a gate and then finish on a goal. Then retrieve a ball from a corner and repeat until all the balls are gone.
Progression- they have to pass through three gates before finishing.

Area 3: Set up formations on either side of the field, 7v7- 2-3-1and finish with a game for the remaining time. Stop the game as needed to reset positions.

Area 1 and 2 on a half, and area 3 and 4 on a half. Split the group into 2, based on numbers and run areas 1 and 2 first, and then 3 and 4 the second half.
Rotation- 8-10 minutes per station. Have players bring there water with them to each station.

Pair up players with a ball, they have to pass through a gate and then finish on a goal. They alternate between yellow and red gates.
Progression- they have to pass through three gates before finishing.
Area 3- 2 small sided games, split the 2 groups into 4 teams, play 4v4 for 5/6 and 5v5 for 7/8.

Organization: Set up 3 areas on half field. If more room is required use the endzone for agility. Split into groups of 10 maximumm
Duration: 10 minutes for 4 groups, 8 minutes for 5 groups.
Equipment: Area 1- 15x30; flags, poles out 7M
Area 2- 15x30, cones, balls, small bownets
Area 3- 15x40 split to 2 fields, 5' farpost nets, pinnies
