Instructions:
Wingers take the ball down the line and but in a cross for the two forwards who are coming in. As soon as the play is over the winger on the opposite side does the same for the two new attackers.
Coaching Points:
WIde Players:
- First touch
- Approach to ball

- Quality of cross (Direction, Weight)
- Type of cross (Low driven, Floated, Etc.)
Forwards:
- Timing of run

6 v 6 game with wide channels to allow crosses.
No defenders allowed. Players have five seconds to cross the ball.
P - One defender can go in to defend after crossers first touch.

Player in centre works back and forth with two outside players on different technical skills.
