Instructions:
Unopposed / Semi-Opposed
1. Players evenly distributed on both endlines.
2. First player on each endline dribble towards the center cones, perform the feint and accelerate past the cones.
3. Players then progress to Semi-opposed pressure where Player A jogs up to
Opposed (I)
1. Player A passes the ball to Player B and becomes a defender.
Opposed (II)
1. Same as Opposed (I) however Player B now looks to get into the space behind he defender and dribbles through the gate.
Coaching Points:
1. Identification of space and defender
2. Messi vs. Ronaldo touches
3. Distance at which player performs his/her move.
4. Use of body, arms, etc. to fake
5. Distance and direction of touch away (helps next action)
6. Players ability to get their head up.

Warm-up: Motor Skill
Organization:
No balls needed
Each player with a pinnie
Played in an open space or in a predetermined grid
Instructions:
1. Players tuck pinny into the side of their shorts.
2. Players must try to get as many points possible (in set time), by stealing another players pinny.
3. If a player loses their pinny he/she may grab the pinny and tuck it back into the side of their shorts and continue to play.

1. Head up - Look out for the taggers
2. Change in speed and direction
