Component 2
2-3-3 v 3-3-2
The ball must be played through the shaded area before a shot at goal is allowed. Can be passed or dribbled through the area. No long balls into strikers, so they must drop into the hole to recieve.

Keep possesion of the ball until you can play forward or dribble
Movement off the ball to help keep possession
Try to create 2v1s

Phase of play 1
1. RB to play to RCM
2. RCM plays back to RB
3. RB plays to CB
4. CB plays to CM at an angle
5. CM to play to LB who is in space to move forward with the ball
6. LB can play in ST on the blindside of defender

1. RB to play to RCM
2. RCM holdes ball up, then plays back to CB, as defender has blocked off pass back to RB
3. CB plays to CM at an angle
4. CM to play to LB who is in space to move forward with the ball
5. LB can play in ST on the blindside of defender

1. LB plays to CB
2. CB plays to RB
3. RB moves forward to engage opponent, but comes back and plays to CB
4. All 3 centre midfielders roatate to their right and CB plays to LCM
5. LCM plays to RB who has made a run forward
6. RB plays ball into ST who has run into space

1. LB plays to CB
2. CB plays to RB
3. RB moves forward to engage opponent, but comes back and plays to CB

7. ST lays the ball off to CM
8. CM plays to opposite ST on blind side of defender

3v3 in each of the zones. Players can dribble or pass the ball into the next area and one player can join in to make it a 4v3 for the attacking team as a progression. Object is to get ball into the end zone to score a point.
