Organization:
30x15 Grids (2 -3 Depending on Numbers)
3 Players Behind Each Singular Orange Cone
Instructions:
- Players are to attack the 'Blue Cone' and preform a move of their choice (feint, double feint, scissors, double scissors, hip swivel, push and roll, step over)
- After they preform the 1v1 of their choice, they are to accelerate throug the two cone gate
- The next player in line should 'Go' as soon as the player before them passes the 'Blue Cone'
- Players recycle to the single orange cone next to the gate that they had just dribbled through
Phase I:
- Players have freedom to do the moves of their choice
Phase II:
- Players are to complete the move at the same time as the player opposite of them.
Coaching Points:
- Am I driving into space?
- Is my head up?
- Do I know what I want to do? The move? After the move?
- Can I accelerate after the move?
- Can I cut across the defenders recovery lane?

6 Players in each grid
- Two Defenders inside the coned lines
- 4 Teammates split in Two on each side of the Defensive Channels
Instructions:
- Team of Four try to penetrate the Defensive Channel with passes
- Every successful pass equals 1 PT.
- Defense gets 3 PTS for every time they can intercept the pass
- When Defense gains control of the ball they simply pass it back out to the outside and keep playing until allotted time runs out
- Play Three Minute Rounds then have defense swap to one of the outsides
Coaching Points:
- Head Up
- How can I support the player with the ball?
- Where is my support? Where is the movement off the ball.
- Can I play two touch? If not, how can I play the ball quickly away from pressure?
- Should I possess or should I penetrate the defensive line? What are they giving me?
Progression:
Phase II: Add Defender
- 60 second intervals
- One point for every time the ball reaches the opposite side

Instructions:
Classic Possession Keep Away
- Teams of 4 score 1 PT for every 5 passes not intercepted by the defense
- Team of 4: Split the Defense is an automatic 2 PTS.
- Team of 2 score 5 PTs for gaining possession and scoring on either net on their field
- Play 3 Minute Rounds then have players swap two from the offensive team
Coaching Points:
- Attacking Team: Head Up, Where are my supporting angles?
- Movement off the ball
- Can I play quickly?
- Am I communicating?
- Where do I want to play the ball next?
- Can I dribble or pass to penetrate? Is the 'Split' on?

Organization:
Four Teams of 3 - 4 Players
30 x 30 area
Instructions:
Phase I: Players must pass and move freely passing to their color group
- Players cannot pass to the same person they recieved the ball from
Phase II: Players must pass and move as quickly as they can to score the most passes in allotted time
Phase III: Players must pass inbetween another color group (Example: White has to pass between either blue, green or black or a combination of those colors.)
Phase IV: One team collapses and defends one other color group (Example: Black Collapses and one player defends green, one defends white and one defends black)
- Count the amount of passes befiore defender passes the ball
- Each team defends for 60 seconds
Coaching Points:
- How can I support my teammates?
- Where does my teammate with the ball need support?
- Do I know where I am going to pass the ball next?
- Am I recieving the ball in the direction that I want to play?
