Organisation:
Players in pairs.Player 1 (server) with ball.receiving player working within disc triangle.
A.Ball fed and player 2 returns 1 touch and moves to another disc.Encourage players to move sideways and backwards.
Increase aerial demand ;1 touch,one touch either foot,chest and volley,chest knee volley,and any other variation
B. Variation:player moves two discs
C. Variation:player moves to one disc and back;then to different disc and back.
