Dribbling (10 mins)

Organization: Cones as shown mirrored on either half of the field.

Duration: 10 minutes prior to game

Instructions:

Warm up U5/6- Teams start on either side at the touch line. Players dribble around cones and finish on goal, return to line and pass ball to player waiting.

Warm up 7/8- Players dribble around pylons, then to goal and finishes against keeper. Keeper retrieves ball and returns to the start, shooter becomes the keeper.

Coaching points:

Dribbling close to body, head up

Finishing square to target

7/8s encourage use of both feet dribbling and shooting
