Organization: Set up a field with 2 nets (50x40). With 12 players make 2 teams of 6 including a goalie.
Objective: To shoot and score.
Rules: The coach will start by playing in a ball to a team. The players will make at least 3 passes and take a shot on net. The players must stay on their own half. Once the shot is taken its a dead ball and the coach will play in a new ball to the other team. After a couple turns each, the subs (S) enter the game as rovers pressing the other team making it a 4v1.
Progressions: limit the number of touches, 4v2, one time shots, shots off of lay-off.
