Brief Outline

Player A passes the ball to Player B, who then turns and dribbles through the cones before passing on to player C. While this is happening, Player A makes a run fowards to receive the ball from player C for the return leg. Rinse & Repeat.

By adding in a 2nd team playing across the cones, the players are forced to look up while dribbling so as to not bump into the other player.

You could make it competitive by seeing which team can complete a circuit first.
