Technical (20 mins)
Technical Progression
- Every player gets a ball a part from the Sharks
- Every Shark has a bib
- Players have to now dribble the ball around getting to different islands avoiding the Sharks
- Sharks must try and throw the bib on the ball to capture the players
- Once tagged players must stand with their ball and their legs a part for another player to pass the ball through their legs to free them.

1v1 Leage
Set Up
- Players initially get in to pairs
- Set up as many 10x20 boxes as there is pairs
- Decide on a way to score (depending on ability, hit the cone, dribble to end zone, stop ball on spot)
- Blocks run for 2 minutes
Aim
- Attackers need to beat the defenders and achieve the chosen way to score
- Players keep swapping over and count their overall score after the 2 minutes
- The winner of each box moves up a league, and the loser of each box moves down a league.

- 2x Sharks (Blues).
Rules
- Remaining players must try and get from island to island avoiding the sharks (blues)
- Players get a point for every island they land on.
- Sharks (Blues) are trying to tag the remaining players
- If the players are tagged by the sharks they are stuck where they were tagged
- To get free, the players that are still free must try and tag the players who are stuck.
- Onced tagged by the free players, they are back in the game
