Organization:
Two channels, as above. Grid approximatly 30x25. Each channel is 12x30. 3 to 4 players in line in middle of each channel. All players have balls. Add additional channels as needed for numbers.
Instructions:
A) Players dribble their ball and preform a u turn at the cones in center. They then dribble back to line after making eye contact with the next player. The next player can go when they make eye contact with player who is turning. Have players turn with both feet during activity.
B) (Progression: Secondary learning outcome for advanced players) If players are showing good technique in the U turn, add a stop-hop stop start at the center cones, and a U turn at the end of the grid. Upon making eye contact again with player turning, next player can go.
Coaching Points:
* Correct U turn technique with both feet
* Stop ball with sole of your foot to roll the other way
* Big touch out of U turn to accelerate
* Eyes up after big touch to see the field
Progressions:
1) (See B above)
2) Add a relay into the technical reps. Each channel must preform 10 correct U turns. First channel to do so wins.

Organization:
As above. Grid approx 30x30. Add grids and adjust space as needed. Two lines of players, one with the balls as above. Two pugg goals as above, with closest goal to the lines at a angle.
Instructions:
Players make eye contact and the game starts on attacker's first touch of the ball. Attacking player can score at either goal for a point. Defenders can score a point by dribbling through the blue cone line opposite the pugg goals. Players switch lines after going.
Coaching Points:
* Timing of move/using defenders momentum against him
* Head up while dribbling/use of arms to feel defender
* Good technical execution of the U turn
* Qaulity of finishing
Progressions:
1) Same game, near goal is worth points if they score in it, 3 points if they preform a U turn on a defender to score. Far goal is worth 1 point.
