Technical Warmup:

**Choice One - players dribbling at cones excuting possesionn and attacking moves designated by coach.

**Choice Two - players in grid with ball dribbling with all surfaces and excuting various moves.

Coaching Points - deception, explosion, use of both feet and all surfaces of foot.

1v1 to Two Small Goals

1. Coach serves ball and attacking player (blue) leaves first with defender chasing.

2. Attacker can score in either goal, but can't score in first goal until they cross the midline.

3. 1pt for attacking team goal, 2pts if defender wins ball and scores

1v1 in Channel - players must score inside desginated shooting zone (red cones)

1. If attacking player scores or ball goes across endline = stay and defend!

2. If ball goes out on sideline = both players go off. Coach can designate one team to start attack when this happens (switch team every game)

This should be a very fast-paced game!

Progress to;

6v6 or 8v8 across endline or to goal with keepers
