Half Way Line
Play 8 v 8
Players in each half are restricted to that area (3v3)
Players in the end Zone restricted to that zone.
Explanation
Blue Player in the end zone will receive the ball from the coach. The player can pass to his teammate in the next end zone or look to play forward to the player in the half pitch in front.
Blue Player then looks to play the ball into the next half where players are encouraged to break lines by receiving a pass in the end zone and playing a 1v1 with the red player. The player will then attempt to score.
How
The coach will work with BOTH Teams. Here they are looking to maintain posession and look to break lines. If posession is lost, then the defending team are looking to defend narrow and win the ball back.
Look to rotate the players in the end zones
Conditions, Challenges and Targets
