Finishing drill with movement
a little bit of fitness with finishing.

Equipment needed:
6x Poles
2x Cones
6x Balls each side ( players have 3 go's each ) increase number of balls according to number of players.
Drill: example B (Blue team working)
1st player goes 3x before resting.
sprint to the front pole and back then sprint wide past the pole out on the 18 yrd box, then attack end pole where the cross will come from the (Blue) player behind the goal.
repeat 3x then rest.
