Technical Exercise (15min)
Long balls in 4's. 40yds passes.Players compete in pairs. Players on the ball have to drive a pass. Teammate must trap the ball as close to the cone as possible. 1.5 minute intervals. Loosers must perform sprints
Cp's-Planted foot-hips and shoulders facing target, get planted foot over the ball, lock your ankle, hit the ball in the center of the ball with the center of your foot, stay on your toes to trap the ball, guide the ball into desired direction
