Instructions:
Player A passes to the space in front of player B. Player B times his/her run to receive the ball as he/she is going forward. Than player B plays it into space in front of player C.
Coaching Points:
Makes sure the players are checking away when the ball is played to the player who is going to pass them the ball, so when the player who is going to pass the ball to them receives the ball they can make the run forward and the timing will be on. (ex. C should be checking away when the ball is being played from A to B, then when B receives the ball, C should be checking/running into the space to receive the ball from B)
Also coach the weight of the pass. Make sure the pass is into space, with the proper weight so the player is going into the direction they want to go instead of chasing the ball in the wrong direction.

Instructions:
First pass is to feet, second is back to feet, the third is into space. (feet, feet, space OR 1-2 then through)
Coaching Points:
Same as the previous two progressions of this triangle passing activity.
Tying passing "to feet" and passing "to space" together.
Movement off ball is crucial to getting the timing right on the passes.

Organization:
Area can vary depending on ability level.
Instructions:
2v2 + 1.
The team with the ball is trying to get the ball across the cone line and dribble to the endline.
The players can only cross the line when they are played in with a pass, or their first touch is pass the line.
The neutral rotates with their partner, after the ball goes out of play or the team scores.
Rotation is neutral(s) to attackers in the grid, Attackers to defenders, Defenders to neutral(s)
Coaching Points:
When to pass to feet, when to pass to space.
Trying to get up the field, forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. Always looking to play forward if it's there.
Movement off the ball is crucial.

The area above can be altered however you see fit, basically the point of the this set up is to encourage getting the ball forward as quickly as possible.
In order for you get passed the line of cones, the player must either be passed into the "scoring area" or their first touch must take them into the area. Once the player is in, only one defender from the opposing team can go into the area and defend them.
Majority of the game is played in between the cones.
Focus on a positive first touch to get up the field as quickly as possible. The two goals also encourages the player to switch the field instead of just going up one side or one way.
The field is wider than longer to encourage the ball going from side to side as well.

Organization:
As shown above, triangle size can vary depending on ability level
Instructions:
Pass the ball on the outside of the triangle.
While the ball is moving between A-B, player C is checking in, then when the ball gets to B, player C should check out/away to receive the ball. Continue passing the ball
Coaching Points:
Timing of the movement, of when to check in and away.
Understand that you don't check when the ball is at the player's feet, you should already be moving while the ball is being played/moving. That way when it's time for the ball to played you are all ready to receive the ball.
