Organisation
- Zone transfer practice
- Z1; 2V1, Z2; 3V3, Z3; 2V0
- Focus in particular on the creation of space in the middle zone
- Unopposed finishing practice in Z3 - Ensure realism and encourage players to be clinical
Coach (Z1):
- Players creation of positive space (playing on shoulders).
- Utilising the width of the zone to make defending difficult.
Coach (Z2):
- Creation and maintenance of depth and width.
- Rotation if unable to half-turn and play forward.
- Checking/Running opposition off.
- Support players' occupancy of threatening positions.

Organisation
- Server plays to either of the two teams who then attempt to combine and score. The opposing team looks to gain possession.
- On possession gain/regain, players must first recycle the ball to the server before attemtping to score.
- Should a team score, the GK plays the ball back out to that team who must recycle the ball to the server before attempting to score again.
Coach:
- Height, depth and width - specifically in moments of attacking transition/when the GK or server is in possession.
- Look to bring out technical detail from parts 1 and 2 of the session.

Part 1
Organisation
- 2V2 in two separate grids + 2 neutral servers (playing on 2 touches).
- Ball is played from server into central player who looks to combine in order to play into the opposite server.
- Players score 'goals' by successfully reaching both servers within one pattern of play.
Coach:
- Checking.
- Creation of 'positive space'.
- 'Show to go'/ 'Go to show'
- Rotation/ Clearing out.
- Taking up threatening supporting positions outside and level with the opposing player.
