- Group of 2's. Each Player with a soccer ball/

- Forward Moves: Fake and Take, Scissors, Roll side and move forward, Inside/Ouside.

- Work both feet (1 minute with each foot).

- Make groups of 4's.

- 2 balls for each group.

- Players should perform a side move: 1. Using the inside the foot 2. Using the outside the foot.

- Game 1v1: Dribble to the zone.

- Players A pass to B. B attack player B defense player.

- Player A should perform a forward move to unbalance the defender. Attacker player should get to the zone in 6 seconds or less.

- If B player wins the ball, B player become the attacker. Should dribble the ball to the zone.

- Make it competitive: Make two teams.

- 2 Games: 3v1 Transitioning games.

- If defender player wins the ball, should pass the ball back to their team mates.

- Movements off the ball.

- Players should give options to the player with the ball (2 options)
