Organization:
Same set/up area as previous activity
Now only 2 teams start with the soccer balls
Instructions:
• First player in line dribbles into the middle of the area, once they are in the green square in the middle they can then socre on any goal except their own.
• Defending player can pressure as soon as the attaking player takes a touch toward the middle
• Games last a maximum of 5 seconds
Coaching Points:
1) Attacking the space forward on the field (looking to penetrate)

3) Identification of the defender
4) Decision whether to keep going forward or turn based on pressure and space
5) Protect the ball or not? (risk vs reward)
6) Protecting the ball while dribbling

Instructions:
• Players on h top of te diagram start with the ball, they pass accross th grid to the attackig payers. The attacking players can score on either goal
• Players stay inthir line for a set period of time (winners play winners)
- If players score in goal closest its 1 point. Goal furtherst is 2 points
