Inside foot
keep the ball on the ground
Control the pass with your ankle locked, toe up, raise foot about one inch from the ground

1V1 DRILL -20 MINUTES
Equipment: One cone, 7/8 Training pinnies and 7/8 balls
White kit player passes the ball the blue kit player. White kit player becomes a defender against the blue kit player.
White kit players and blue kit players play 10 minutes offense and 10 minutes defense.
