Description :
> 10v10.
> main focus is goalkicks & building out the back.
> speak to players about new rules on goalkicks & where I want everyone to be for them.
> the game always restarts with goal kicks ( except throw ins )
> Blue Team : Ellie - Bella Kennedy Leighton Kamryn - Blythe Emma - Makenzie Emma Riley.
> Red Team : Ashleigh - Paige Maya Jaida Arianna - Hayleigh Adrian - Alex Hannah Abby.
Coaching Points :
> movement off the ball - how can we create the angle to support?
> communication - can we demand the ball? can we tell player they have time or man on?
> wall passes - can we use them in these scenarios?
> weight of pass - can we help our teammates play first time passes?
> positional play - how can we move over as a team to support the pass? If one CM goes short to RB, does the other CM need to come too?
> trust & bravery - don't be scared give someone the ball in tough situations.

Description :
> defence v attack.
> 5v4+1.
> defenders can use GK as an extra player for pass.
> objective of exercise is to get defenders comfortable with the ball when under pressure near their own goal. Can we force them to be brave & demand the ball?
> GK always starts with the ball.
> defenders must look to build out from GK & keep possession of the ball until forward pass into mini goal becomes available. These are our wingers in game situations.
> attackers must look to apply constant pressure onto defenders & win ball back. As soon as they do, they can score into big goal whenever they want.
> 1 point for goal scored by any team.
Progression :
> defenders can now gain extra point by completing 5 consecutive passes without attacker gaining possesssion of the ball.
Coaching Points :
> movement off the ball - how can we create the angle to support?
> communication - can we demand the ball? can we tell player they have time or man on?
> wall passes - can we use them in these scenarios?

> positional play - how can we move over as a team to support the pass? If one CM goes short to RB, does the other CM need to come too?
> trust & bravery - don't be scared to go for that killer pass into someone feet or into mini goal.
