Description: two target players on end line, 2v2+3 neutral targets outside and 1 neutral inside. can start 2v1 in the middle then go to 3v2 to add pressure. 1st just look to switch the attack from one side to the others

Set Up: 2v2 + 2 outside neutrals 35L x 40W Adjust size of field, wider than longer.
Descritpion: 2v2 ball must go through an outside neutral before you can score, if 2 score then they saty on and get ball from gk. if 2 get scored on they go off, if ball leaves field then 2 new players from each side come on, ball comes from gk.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement to open space with and without ball
2. Create proper angle to recieve the ball, not behind defender
3. Body shape to open hips when recieving ball
4. Create passing lanes
5. Decision making: Read defender pressure and open space and players to pass to.
6. Commit the defender before passing

1st- they must play through 1 of the outside players before they can score.
2nd- They must use both the outside players and keep posession before you can score.
Regular play, ball must start with the GK when it leaves the field.

SetUp: Space can be as big or small as you like depending on number of players and ability level, A 20 yard circle iws a good starting point.
Description:
1 player on inside with balls to start with rest (more players) on the outside. Players pass to outside player and replace the player on outisde, that player comes inside. Make sure they are coming to recieve the ball not standing and waiting for ther ball. Make sure to focus on weight and direction of pass to a player moving. not standing and checking at a angle to recieve the ball.
