1) 5+gk Vs 5

2) 4vs4 +1N

Instructions:

1) 5+gk Vs 5 the blue team has to try to build-up from the defensive third and score in one of the 4 small-goals, the red team has to try to regain the ball and score on the big-goal.

2) 4vs4 +1N possession the coach will call the number of passes before the team can score.
