Organisation (brief description of session):
5v5 in the middle with each team having a striker in coned area, no other players allowed in this area.
Can you play into striker who has to pass to a support player outside of area to score.Striker can move in his area to see the ball.
Learning Objectives:
Technical:
Weight of pass, accuracy of pass,timing of runs.
Tactical:
Keep possesion untill pass into striker is on, dont force the pass, movement of striker to recieve inbetween lines.
Physical:
ABC short sharp bursts forward and recovery runs.
Psych/ Social:
Communication, concentration.
