Organization:
20x30 field with four stations. A, B, C, D
Instructions:
A passes to B. B drives a long pass across to C.
C Dribbles towards end line.
B Attempts to delay and forces the 1v1
C Will try to dribble to end line.
D starts as a passive attacker.
Rotation: A - B - C - D.
Coaching Points:
1) Patience
2) Delay the attack (Distance of pressure)
3) Attempt to force the 1v1

Organization:
8 players min (Can work with 6 but might not be effective in terms of resting ratio and transition.)
2v1
Narrow and long field
Instructions:
Two attacking players attempt to penetrate and score.
After ball is out of play or attackers score, they quicky transition one as a Gk and the other as adefender.
If defenders win possession, They have 3 seconds to score into the minigoals (to emulate end product)
Coaching Points:
1) Patience
2) Delay the attack (Distance of pressure)
3) Attempt to force the 1v1
Progressions:
Competition. Find out which pair is the best defending pair.
Create a world cup point system.
