Small sided games, players are divided into teams of 3 or 4 and they play 3v3 or 4v4

Organization:
-10 x 30 yard area (red cones) Using same set-up as previous two activites but playing side to side on area, Blue cones now make up the scoring zone, the attackers must be inside this zone to score and the defenders are not allowed in this area.
Instructions:
Players accross the grid from each other go at the same time, they should use eye contact as their cue to go. Players should take small controlled touches to the cone, complete the move (feient or shoulder fake) then explode with a change of pace to endzone. Upon reaching the end they should join the line and repeat the process
Coaching Points:
1) Good positive first touch
2) Controlled approach
3) Execution of move
4) Take touch in behind to close space off
Progressions:
P-Introduce new move
P-Must go to left side

Organization:
-Same area as previous activites
-Same teams
-All the balls start on the right side of the attaking teams field (starting point of balls switch sides halfway through)
Instructions:
• First player in line starts the game, by dribbling into the area, as soon as the red team players (A and B) enter the field, the white team players (C and D) can step out and defend
Coaching Points:
1) Positive touch out of feet
2) Approach ball at an angle
3) Decision on when to shoot, and Why?
3) Head up, observe target
4) Pick spot then eyes return to the ball
5) Contact center of ball

P-full time GK
Field Set-up
Fil will run the small sided games 4v4 or 5v5
Jeremy will run 1v1 attacking, semi-opposed to fully opposed
Jason will run flying changes or 3v3 to large goals-2x organizations we will then rotate every 18 minutes. *water break" then go to a new group.
