5 teams of 4 players (or 5; 5th player on team becomes a server)
Red, Yellow, Black, Blue and Pink
Ball must go in to both wide channels before going to goal. Either team can score in either goal.
Coaching Points:
- Creating angles to receive and play
- Finding splits and pockets of space
- Looking to play in to deeper levels
- Attacking the goal where the numbers are up

This exercise should help with building out of the back as well as possession to create chances to score.
You must play at least 1 target player before going to goal. If you are able to get the ball to both target players and score you receive 2 points.
Target player must play in their zone. You can expand the zone wider if you want more movement from the target player, but I like making it smaller in this exercise, so that 1-2 players drop down similar to building out with a goalkeeper.
Coaching Points:
- When the target player has the ball how can we open up to receive and play forward.
- Reading the game to anticipate where the open space or open goal is.
- Receiving on the half turn and finding pockets of space to turn.

Same as the previous game. Once you have gone in both wide channels, the team in possession can go to either goal. If possession is lots then you must go back through the zones.
Coaching Points:
- Once possession is maintaned can we open the field with good body shape.
- Giving the player on the ball multiple options.
- Reading where the defenders are moving.
