Organization:
-Set up 4 levels as seen above. Players are in pairs opposite each other.
Instructions:
-Strike the ball through your teammate's legs. Once you've both made it through, player moves back to next level.
-Once you've made it from every line, return to start and strike with the left foot.
-First team to complete all the 4 levels wins.
Coaching Points:
-Angle of approach- Off centered.
-Large final stride into ball.
-Non-kicking foot next to ball, center of the foot slightly in front of the ball.
-Laces contacts ball with body angled and insole parallel to the ground.
-Strike the centre of the back of the ball and strike down through it. Should start with backspin until it touches the ground.
-Don't take your eyes off the ball untl after you strike it.
-For more power follow through landing on passing foot.

Organization:
-Players pair up. One ball per pair.
-Three defenders in the middle zone.
Instructions:
-Attacking players must stay behind red line when passing and receiving.
-Passing player gets 3 points for a completed pass to their partner. If the pass doesn't reach they lose 1 point.
-If defender intercepts the ball the attacker losses 1 point and defender can dribble across red line to get out of the middle - player who turned the ball over goes in the middle. Only the player who turned the ball over can defend, if player touches the ball while defender is dribbling out. Both players reset.
-Play for three minutes - change defnders.
Coaching Points:
P: All attacking player on one team. you can pass to anny attacker. Offense vs defense.
P: Increase distance of the passes.
R: Decrease the amount of defenders.
R: Decrease distance of the pass.

Organization:
-5v5 with GKs.
-Both teams playing in a 2-2.
Instructions:
-Fifa rules.
Coaching Points:
-Travel as the ball travels. Can you tackle on the first touch?
-Identifying the role of the first defender and applying pressure quickly.
-Make contact with the attacker.
-Back two players staggered depending on which side the ball is on.
Warm Up - Cannon Ball Run
Organization:
-9 runners, 2 pirates. Extra soccer balls on sides.
Instructions:
-Runners must make it from shaded safe zone to another with out getting hit by the ball.
-If a runner is hit he becomes a pirate and tries to hit the runners with the cannon balls.
-You can only hit players below the knees.
Coaching Points:
-Time your pass so it's in the runners stride.
-Low driven pass to get the ball there quickly and keep the ball low.
-Runners must scan the field as they're running to find the cannon balls.
Progressions:
-Runners can't stop moving.
-Pirates must use weak foot.
