- Two teams, both have two goals to defend & attack.
- The aim is to play forward as much as possible, identifying & playing passes into the attack end zone.
- No minimum passes before attempting to play through the goals.
- The team out of possession aims to win the ball back.
- If the ball goes out of play, a throw-in is played on the sideline, as normal rules apply.
- If the ball goes behind the goals, a ball is played out from the feeder (coach) who changes sides & positions.

- Two teams split equally, two neutral wingers & two neutral GK's.
- Starting from the coach, the ball is fed into one of two teams fairly each attempt to counter-attack on any goal.
- The team in possession have to complete a number of passes before breaking out of the area, using the wingers if necessary.
- The team in possession can use both wingers and GK's, but the passes won't count towards the number of passes.
- If the defending team win back the ball, they attempt to counter-attack the opposite way.

Random Exchange (15 mins)
- Split into two groups, to begin with, one group in the playing area with footballs, the other group around the area without footballs. Cones are put out to spread players out around the area.
- Players dribble with the ball making a pass into space for a receiver to swap roles with them, the ball should be played in front to run onto, the ball shouldn't leave the area.
Progression
- Add a one-two combination to play the pass into space for the receiver and swap roles afterwards.
- Split the group into three groups, going end to end with direct balls being played, being wary of player traffic and swapping roles with the receivers each end.
