Instructions: 6 players vs 1(2/3) defender. Red gates - entrance, orange gates - exit. Red team players should dribble the ball and make points. Blue team should steel the ball.
Coaching Points/Questions:keep the ball close to the feet, protect the ball, speed with the ball, head up, recovering the ball, shooting
Regressions/Progressions:A. 1 defender , B. 2 defenders, C. blue cones - safe zone, red players can stay inside this zone no more then 5 sec, D. 1 blue defender gonna protect safe zone, one dribbling through the safe zone = 5 point. E. if defenders steel the ball they can score in two small goals = 5 points
