4 blue attackers combine with 3 green neutral players to keep possession. Blue players must stay in each quarter of the grid.
4 white players, who can move freely in the grid, must work together to recover possession.
Once possession is regained, whites transition to keeping the ball and move to the four corners and combine with greens. Blues must react quickly in transitioning to defend immediately.
TRAIN THE REACTION TO LOSING POSSESSION

Team in possession (blue), work the ball into their target player in end zone.
Target player plays into coach, and immediately sprints around the pole and returns to large playing area. Player who played the pass into the end zone replaces him. Coach immediately gives possession to the opposite team (whites) who seek to play quikcly while having a man advantage.
Progressions;
1. Add neutral for additional man up in possession.
2. End zone players must combine before playing to coach
3. Player who replaces end zone player must be a third man (not the one who passed the ball into the end zone).
4. Add goals and goalkeepers (next slide)

Same principle as without the goals. Only difference is player in end zone shoots, two touches to score, other end zone player in for rebound or cross.
PROGRESSIONS
1. Two end zone players must combine to score

10v10 in shaded area.
Non-shaded area unopposed.
Ball can be dribbled or passed in under head height.
If attacking team scores, they get the ball back with their defenders, and attacker get to jog back. If attacking team misses, attacking players must sprint back to reconnect with team, ball goes to opposition who attack with numbers up initially.
RISK vs. REWARD
The more attacking players a team sends in to the end zone, the more options they have to score, but more risk with players in advanced position that need to recover should they miss.
Warm Up
1. Dynamic movements and static stretches to activate the players.
2. Technical activity with different combinations, passing and dribbling
