Technical Passing Practice ( Unapposed )
Area 30 x 30 Square
Passing lanes marked out at 5,10 & 15 yrd intervals
How
. Players to work in pairs
. Play starts at point A, partner starts at point B
. A passes diagonally to B, receives ball moves around cone and passes diagonally back to A ( Process is repeated 5 times )
. After 5th set Player A leaves ball at point B and Moves to point C, player A then moves to point B and the same set repeats for another 5.
. After 5th set, Player C dribbles to and around point D, picks ball up and sprints back to point A.
. Roles are swapped and process repeated
Coaching Points
. Players using correct technique passing ball ( Inside of foot )
. Accuarcy and weight of pass
. Looking at target
. Player recieving ball, controls and moves AROUND CONE BEFORE RETURNING PASSING ( Non negotiable, if not performed correctly, pair to restart set of 5 )

T-DRILL ( Timed Exercise )
Organisation
. Set out 5 cones as above 10yrds between each
. Player starts at Point A, on command of coach, Player sprints to Point B and touches base of cone with their RIGHT hand.
. They then turn left and shuffle sideways to Point C and touch its base, with LEFT hand.
. They then shuffle sideways across to Point D touching base with RIGHT hand
. They then shuffle sideways across to Point B and touch cone with LEFT hand.
. They then run backwards to Point A.
Players cannot cross their feet when shuffling
