Organisation
Half of a 1/4 pitch
14 players - 7 attackers 7 defenders
Activity
Defenders will start with the ball on the by line and to start the drill will pass the ball up to the attackers.
The first 3 attackers will come out and play against the first 2 defenders.
The attackers can score either by scoring into either on the 2 small sided goals in the wide areas or by scoring in the 7s goal.
If defenders win the ball they can score by scoring in the opposite 2 small sided goals.
Coaching Points
The pitch is split in 3 zones there must be a player in each zone to create width
If the ball is played to one of the wide players they could either go on the outside or their first touch could go in the pitch creating space on the outside for an overlapping run.
