Passing Pattern (20 mins)
Passing Pattern - Each one is working on moving the ball at speed.
1) Play to the right 60 sec. Play to the left 60 sec. Competition, first team to make it x10 full rotations. Repeat both sides.
2) Short - Short - Long. Quick combos, quick rotations, ball moving.
3) Star. All about diag passing splitting the lines.
Each exercise will have competition after pattern is mastered.

Rondo (20 mins)
Rondo with players attempting to play the ball through middle zone. ideally looking for quick short sharp passes to lure in the defender before exploiting with the longer pass through the zone! Defender can only win the ball on an interception.
* Depending on #s it could become a 5v1 with an attacker in the red middle zone. A 4v2 or 5v2. Defenders are interceptions only no matter what.

6v6 Zonal (25 mins)
Teams will attempt to play through the zones to find their St who will finish in the goal. Midfielders can also look to play the killer pass in to the goals.
Aims are to look at shape and decision making to split the defence/midfield while breaking lines.

First touch (15 mins)
Players work in pairs playing around the cone. Each player will play in two touch throughout the exercise. You recieve the ball on one side, touch takes you into space on the side, play the pass back - after playing the pass re-adjust to the opposite side > repeat.
1) Inside leg touch (inside foot) > Same foot pass
2) Inside leg touch (outside foot) > Same foot pass
3) Outside leg touch (inside foot) > Opposite foot pass
4) Outside leg touch (sole role) > Opposite foot pass
