Organisation
- 4 v 2
- For the team in possession to score they must get the ball from one target player (red) to the other
- If the defending team win the ball then they play to a target player and quickly transition to outside the box. The team on the outside (Black team as shown above) transition inside to become defenders
Coaching points
- Protect the middle (compact) when the ball is with a target player
- When the ball goes wide press and cover
- Triggers to win the ball - Bad touch, slow pass, negative touch, weak foot

Description
- Team in possession (Blue) play on the outside and defending team (Red) play on the inside
- To score team in possession must get the ball from one target player (End yellow player) to the other
- If the defending team win the ball then they play to a yellow player and quickly transition to the outside
and the team that lost possession transition to the inside
- Only 2 defenders in each half
- Play 2 minutes, rest 30 seconds

Q - Why do we transition out of the square? A - to create space for our overload.
Q - How do we use our extra player effectively? A - Move ball quickly, draw a defender in then release.

Description: Even teams, hand ball game. 5 successful passes equal to 1 point. If the ball touches the ground then possession is lost. The player with the ball cannot move but can pivot off one foot and the ball cannot be thrown above shoulder height.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Q - What must you do to receive a pass? A - Move into space with clear passing lin.
Q - What should you know immediately after receiving a pass? A - Where the next pass is going.
Body shape, keep your body open to see the whole picture.
Scan, scan the field looking for space and where your next pass/movement will be.
