Conditioning (Focus: Speed - Competitive)

Conditioning (Focus: Speed - Competitive) 10 mins

Points System (Team vs Team) Must win the ball first and score to gain a point.

Start Position: Laying on ground. Both opposing players start at same time (on Jared's 'GO'). Accelerate through Hurdle Jumps, Figure 8's through Agiity Poles then 1 x Push Up at each Cone (Jump to each Cone). Sprint to Ball in the middle, whoever gets to the ball first aims to score. P2 defends. If P1 scores, one point to their Team. Stay on same side for entire 5 minute Round. After Round 1, Teams swap sides.

Team with lowest points at the end of both Rounds completes 4 half field Sprints.
