Skills and Turns 10 minutes
Skils

Coach calls out colour, red cones is a turn, blue cones is a skill. Player must keep head up, scan the area and find the coloured cones

10 minutes
- Player dribbles through cones then does a wall pass with the coach and check their shoulder before receiving
-When the coach is serving the ball back they will call out a colour, either red or blue.
-Player must tack their first touch towards this gates and dribble through it at speed
Progression
-Instead of dribbling through the player must zip a pass into the pop up goal between the coloured gates

1v1 opposed - 10 minutes
-Player checks towards the centre and demands the ball, coach zips a pass into the player
-Player tries to score by dribbling into either corner red gate.
-Coach applies light pressure

- Laces (right, left, 3 each) 3 minutes
-Inside and Outside (right, left, both) 3 minutes
-Sole 90 seconds

- Hold up coloured cones, player must dribble as fast as they can to that cone
