Organization: Divide players into two teams and have 1 neutral. Play 6v6+1 with one player from each team as a target player on the end as shown. Divide field into 3 zones and place 4 small goals as shown.
Instructions: No more than 3 passes in a zone to encourage switching the point of attack/playing at angles. Target player has 2 touch max (limit to 1 if level is high) to find supporting players. Neutral can score
Coaching Points/Questions: Quick ball movement to move opponents and exploit space/create passing lanes. Timing and angles of support runs off the ball. Against the ball focus on staying connected and sprint together when pressing/counter pressing with intent to win ball and score quickly
Regressions/Progressions: Add 18 yard boxes behind activity and big goals/GK's to provide option of combination with target forward then passes & runs (with and without the ball) into the 18 yard box

Building on the 2v2 before.
Start in the highliglighted area as 2v2, the blue team is to play to the #10 and attack to score on big goal, free play. If red team gets the ball, they play a red on the sides to score on pugs.
Focus:
- break the line to play the 10 and play off that pass in attacking transiton
- movements of fron t3 off the pass to the 10, ball support, runs in behind.
- FB movements of FB low or high concepts.
