Defending the area (15 mins)
Organization:
1 GK
3 servers
Instructions:
1 - GK turns off post into drive shot
2 - If held GK distributes to server 2
3 - As ball travels, Server 1 plays across to server 3 for cut back or cross
- Server 3 can go 1v1 at tight angle or cut back for live shot
All rebounds are live - servers improvise if needed

2 poles 12 yards from each goal and as wide as goal
2 GK's and 2 Attackers
2v2
Instructions:
Coach starts with ball each time goal is scored or ball goes out
1. Pass to GK - Attacker must get wide to receive then 1v1 vs opposite GK
2. Pass to Attacker - Can score from central zone
All rebounds are live
If ball stays in play and secured by defending GK then play continues as a 2v2
First to 5 goals wins

1v1 and Shot stopping IB (20 mins)
Organization:

2 GK's and 2 attackers
Instructions:
1. Opposite GK starts with pass in to GK
2. GK pass to wide server
3. Wide server pass to opposite GK
Opposite GK passes to central attacker for a set back or turn and shot from attacker. Or back to wide server for 1v1.
If saved GK can do the same by using attackers or shooting themselves.
First to 5 points

2 points - Clean catch or weak foot goal
