Warm Up Jog (5-10 Minutes) Touch Line -> Touch Line
Players will jog back and forth from Touch Line to Touch Line
When the two lines meet in the middle the player in the front of each line will pass the ball to the second player of the opposite line. The player that made the pass will then sprint to the end of the line he passed to.
Exercise is over when all players have made a sprint run.

Passing Circle (20 Minutes)
Player with ball will navigate the circle, seeking out a pass when he finds an open teammate he will pass the ball for a quick pass and go. The initial player will then find a second player to pass the ball off to who will deliver a through ball (lead pass) for the first receiver. The new receiver will repeat the exercise with 2 new players.
Coach will add more balls to the play to make finding the open man more of a challenge and to also work on team fitness levels.

Passing Tree (30 Minutes) Gates are set 15 yards apart
Round 1: RIGHT FOOT ONLY, Player 1 passes to player 2 who touches with inside of right foot through the gate then passes back to Player 1 who touches with inside of right foot through the gate, repeat (5 Minutes)
Round 2: LEFT FOOT ONLY (repeat Round 1)
Round 3: RIGHT FOOT ONLY, Player 1 passes to player 2 who touches with outside of right foot through the gate then passes back to Player 1 who touches with outside of right foot through the gate, repeat (5 minutes)
Round 4: LEFT FOOT ONLY (repeat Round 3)
Round 5: Player 1 will pass with right foot to Player 2 who will touch with left foot through the gate, then pass back to Player 1 using right foot, Player 1 will touch with left foot through the gate, repeat (5 minutes)
Round 6: Repeat Round 5 in reverse

Agility/Speed Training (10 Min)
Sprint to first cone (10 yards)
Back pedal to second cone (5 yards)
Sprint to third cone (10 yards)
Karaokee to fourth cone (5 yards)
Sprint to fifth cone (15 yards)

Tic Tac Toe (20 Minutes)
A bit of fun to end the session. Players line up with their team 15 yards away from the game layout.
Traditional game of Tic Tac Toe, players will place their pinnies (5 per team) on the board to attempt to win the game. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.
Round 1: Goalkeepers vs Defenders
Round 2: Mids vs Forwards
Round 3: GK vs Mids
Round 4: Defenders vs Forwards
Round 5: GK vs Forwards
Round 6: Mids vs Defenders

Goalkeeper Training (30 Minutes)
Server 1 will serve ball to the near post, collapse dive by GK. Toss ball back, serve ball to far post (2x), serve ball to near post
Server 2 will shoot on GK from 18-20 yards out
Server 3 will shoot on GK from 18-20 yards out as soon as GK makes a play on Server 2's shot
Server 4 will repeat Server 1's actions
Switch to next keeper. Each keeper will do 5 rounds total.

Round 9: Jog through cones | sprint
