Play from A- B- C .C has one touch to control and one touch to strike ball towards teamates.
Not trying to score, just focusing on the technique and accuracy of the shot.
Have a competition to see how many times you can shoot and get it through your partners legs.
Coaching Points
1.Angle of approach
2.Large final stride into ball.
3.Non kicking foot next to the ball.
4.Second knuckle contacts ball.
5.Strike the centre of the back of the ball. Eyes on the part of the ball you want to strike.
6.Follow through- land on kicking foot.
Progression
3 goals placed in the end zone.
3 teams of 4 : Competition : 1st team scoring 5 goals.

Instructions:
Bleu begins by playing A-B-C . C takes one touch out of their feet and then shoots on goal.
Red goes from A- B- C. C receives and dribbles across field before taking a shot.
Teams have to switch sides to work on both feet.

Choice of shot.
Second knuckle to strike ball.

Follow through - land on standing foot.

C goes to GK vs opposing team - keep score; 1st team to 10 wins.

2v2 game. When ball crosses the endline the defending team drop out and a new team bring
a new ball on from behind that goal.

- Anticipation and awareness of space and quick attack.
- Recognising numbers up ( 2v1) and exploiting it.

Instructions:
Players line up on oppositie corners - on opposing teams.
On Red Players first step - blue player is on defense and looks to TAG Red player before they run through one of the gates - if defender tags red player it's 1 PT. If Red players get through gate closest to defenders line - it's 2 points; gate farthest away is 1 pt.

Attack the space - use feints &/or bend run to take defender away from 2 point gate.
