Technical Shooting - central5 mins

Technical Shooting Part 1:

20x20 grid.

Attacker A passes ball into Striker B who lays it back into path of advancing A.

Attacker A takes a right footed shot from the central zone (before/between the cones).

Striker B spins round cone to follow up the shot.

Attacker A becomes Striker B and Striker B retrieves ball and returns to the end of the A's queue.

Attacker C then has a turn - does same thing as A did but shoots with left.

Points available for touching away from danger, striking with laces, hitting target, striking it low across keeper towards corner. Bonus 5 points for any goal.

Coaching Points:

1. Do they quickly move ball out of feet/away from danger & towards shooting opportunity?

2. Do they strike middle of ball with laces and follow through for acuraccy & power?

3. Do they hit the target?
