Defending 1 v1 and 2 v 2
1 v 1 are working on the outside
2 v 2 are working the centre
Coaching points: timing of tackles , pressure, body shape, angles
when the defenders win the ball they pass to the next attackers
Switch player roles every 3 turns
Keeper must be alert at all times as shots can come from anywhere (chaos)
