This is designed to be a technical session. Players will become inspired and provide high levels of energy bc the balls are going to goal. Make sure to emphasis technique during the early parts of the session.
This can also be a set piece session, or it can be used for defensive heading (and of course GK Session)
The warm up for this session can be pattern passing with out the finish on goal

This is the same exercise as te Technical portion except now there are designated defenders. This changes the runs to score, and the service. Defenders can play the ball out of bounds or the opposing goal to end the rotation.

Technical (40 mins)
This a technical service and finishing activity
TECHNICAL:
-Blue players passes at an angle to the Red player. The Red player drives the ball to their Red teammate out wide. Both Blue & Red continue their runs to the danger area in front of the goal
**FOCUS ON:
-the inital penetrating pass to the player out wide
-angle of the wide player how & where they position themselves
-first touch of the wide player
-speed & angle of the runs of the targets
-Runs dictate the pass - service needs to match the runs
-service needs to be away from the keeper
Once the turn has been completed the opposite side completes the same pattern towards the goal. This will allow for balls to be organized at both ends to increase efficency. It also allows for both GKs to be trained at the same. Penetrating passes need to be alternated to work with different servers
