Instructions:
Players outside pass the ball to the players attacking inside.
Offside line is marked by middle cones or defending player.
Teams attack in opposite goals.

One line of defenders with balls
One attacker opposite to the defender
One attacker and one defender on the half way line.
One defender on each line next to the goal to transist to attack.

Instructions:
1. Defender player outside pass the ball to attacking player.
2v2 defenders steal the ball and dribble past the opponent end line.
2. Attacking player makws the 2v1 with other player in the half way line while recovering defender comes and makes it 2v2.
3. Defender waiting attacks the 1v1 for the players transitioning into attack.
Teams attack in opposite goals.
4 mins per team.

Player in midfield passes the ball to opponent on the end and this starts the 2v1.

Attackers attach on south goal. Defenders if they steal the ball, they attack on north goal.
Defenders get 2 points for scoring. Attackers get 1
