Futsal Recovery upon Losing Possession
Coach names a colour and upon yellow team reaching their coloured markers (red/white) coach plays into blue team to attack quickly. Yellow team want to recover behind the ball as soon as is possible into 2-2 formation as opposed to attempting to run after the ball and be picked off/exploited if pressing.
Blue team uses quick play to attempt to score.
Attackers express themselves 1v1/ 1-2 passes and quick movements off the ball to attempt to move the opposition defensive strategy.
Allowing two breaks of attacks, then restart.
