2 DIFFERENT SESSIONS
SAP -
SET UP: small zones set up SAP in 2's and NPL to progress to 3 in a group , 1 ball
AIM: Players to drag ball & change shape to create more space for next pass
HOW: Player A starts with a pass to player B who receives pass at end of zone (marker 2)& then DRAGS (technique to be shown ) ball to marker 3, and then changes direction & plays pass back to Player A, who repeats
NPLY - Start as above to get technique correct, then PROGRESSION use 3 PLAYERS- WITH 2 players at one end , so as the players passes the ball to one end he can close the player and put some passive pressure on them to replicate a game situation and create space for the next pass to the other end and that player, then follows pass to put pressure on receiver.

SET UP: a field of approx 30(wide) x 40(long) with 2 goals and equal players on the field (4 v 4, 5 v 5, etc) and 2 bouncers outside the zone
AIM: Play a game related activity by building and keeping possession and also the ability to see the switch in play and to move th epoint of play to go forward
HOW: Use a 'bouncer' from each team on the outside of the designated field zone, to work up & down the sideline to asssit the team in POSESSION - the bouncers are 'live' and constantly avaialble as an outlet for the team WITH THE BALL -
COACHING POINTS: Can we switch play to get forward, scanning, opening up to see next pass
PROGRESSION: Bring a 'Joker' into the actual playing field who can also act as a bouncer for the team in BP and create an overload.

SET UP: A group of players lined up outside penalty box with 1 CENTRAL player , level with back post (D) - Balls for each player
AIM: have players meet a pass to shoot on target, ina high intensity quick moving practice
HOW: 1.Player a plays a pass to Player D, who then dumps it back and with 1 motre touch Player A gets a shot on goal, then Player B, etc. After set player D joins queue and players swap roles.
2. Player B will play an angled pass into the area for player to run onto & shoot
3. Player D will DUMP th epass back and overlap around Player A to have the shot on goal
COACHING POINTS: Ball striking, balance, early scanning decisions

SET UP: Players in pairs, approx 10 metres apart, with 1 ball and 3 different coloured markers near Player B
AIM: Player warness - scanning - Player A to receive pass from wall - turn sharply - but prior to receiving pass back from the wall, player B MOVES to a coloured marker and calls that colour out, asking for the next pass to be played to that marker. And player B swaps markers after every pass. - play pass to Player B, turn and repeat process
HOW: Player A passes into the wall, recives pass back and on turn plays pass to Player B - who is on a coloured marker, who immediately passes it back to Player A, who repeats process - Player does x 5 and players swap
COACHING POINTS: Open body to turn & pass, - awarness, scanning, head up , good 1st touch, communication

SET UP: 4 markers ina square of approx 7 x 7 with a small goal 5 metre behind last pole - 1 ball 3 players per group
AIM: 1st touch practice with movement, focussing on scanning, moveemnt, crisp passing
HOW: Player A starts with a pass to player C , who then will play a sma;ll pass to Player B , who moves into the centre of their area , who then DUMPS a pass square back to Player C to play pass BACK to Player A. After 5 consecutive rotstions, Player A plays a final pass into the net & then players SWAP positions
