- 4 Players in Each Grid
-2 Soccer Balls
Instructions:
-Grid A: Players will work in Pairs of 2 - In this activity players will pass the ball back/forth (using th epassing Technique)
-Grid B: Players will perform the same concept on the activity (This time movement will added) Players will swap side (left to right) (right to left)
-Grid C: Player will pass in a diagnol shape ( Same Process on Swapping spots) Left to right/ Right to Left
Coaching Point:
-Eye on the Ball
- Eye Contact
- Inside Foot- Ankle Locked (Toes up and Heel Down)
- Outside Foot - Ankle Locked (Toe down/Inward)
-Non-Kicking foot point to Target
- Hips facing Target
Progressions:
-Prog 1: Outside foot
-Prog 2: 1 minute Competition (team with the most passes wins!)
-Prog 3: Each Activity has different pattern progressions ( Explained on the Instructions)

- 3 Players in Each Grid to Start ( Example: Grid 1/Grid 2)

- 2 Zones ( Example: marked areas 1/2)
Instructions:
- 2 Different zones (1/2)
- Only 1 player is allowed to step into the zone win possession of the ball which converts (3 v 1)
- Once the Defender wins the ball (the objective is to return it back to thier zone) then opposition side will have one defender to step in ( Which Converts to a 3 v 1)
Coaching Points:
-Eye on the Ball
- Eye Contact
- Inside Foot- Ankle Locked (Toes up and Heel Down)
- Outside Foot - Ankle Locked (Toe down/Inward)
-Non-Kicking foot point to Target
- Hips facing Target
Progressions:
- Every 3 passes will count as a point
- Limited 3 Touches on the ball

The objective:
- Player must maintain possession and connect 5 Passes in order to strike on Goal
Coaching Points:
-Eye on the Ball

-Non-Kicking foot point to Target
- Hips facing Target
- Focus on Technique and introduce movement
-Stretch the field to create width and depth ( Creates more options to pass)
Progressions:
- Prog 1: Player must use all Nuetrals before Striking into Goal
-Prog 2: Rotate the Nuetral players around
- The Team must connect 10 passes before to Strike

10 soccer balls - 4 at A, 4 at B, 2 at C
Lines A, B & C are always 4 yards apart
Distance of Line A varies depending on player age
7 to 9 years - 8 yards
10 to 12 years - 12 yards
13+ - 16 yards
Coach in position to count
Instructions:
- Player starts at orange cone
- Player passes an outside ball between the target cones
- Player must return to the orange cone between each pass
- Player then passes the outside ball on the opposite side
- Player then passes inside ball on opposite sides
- Repeat process for each line
- Challenge lasts for 30 seconds
