Play 3v3 plus Joker in a 20x20m area with goals setup as shown. Use remainig players as GK and bouncer. Joker is on two touch and must combine with the team in possession of the ball. Joker cannot score. If team scores in the small goals, they then attack big goals. Play always starts from coach. Work for 2-3 minutes than swap roles of Joker, GK and bouncer.

3v2 into 2v1
As we have limited numbers we won't use a GK.
Black players attack in a team of three. Blue players defend in a team of two. Black starts behind their goal with the ball. Black aims to score in opposite goal. Black must shoot from inside the blues half. If black score or miss, the player who shot the ball now becomes the one defender. The two blue defenders instantly receive a ball from a team mate behind their goal and attack 2v1. Defenders swap with another two team mates after completing their 2v1 attack. Swap team roles after a few repetitions, blue become a the three and black defend as a team of two.
Looking For:
Defenders to close the ball down quickly,
Block shots, don't let them shoot.
Take advantage of the transition and attack quickly
Attackers to get at the defenders at speed
Have a positive attitude to shoot

Split players evenly around four cones. The first player go in front of the cone.
Instructions:
Pass the ball to the right, then move left
Pressure/Shut down player opposite you
Player A passes to his right and then runs to his left. Player B receives the ball from A. The player opposite, Player D then shuts down and presses Player B as close as he can. Player B plays to his right to Player C and then joins the back of line A. This is a cue for opposite player (Player A) to press player C. The sequence continues, C passes to D and B applies the pressure.
Variation:
Let the players decide which direction to make the next pass.
They still run the opposite direction of the pass.
Coaching Points:
Can you read the angle of your fellow defender to know where the next pass will be played
When pressuring can you angle your approach and force the ball to be passed a certain direction
