Organization:
- quarter field, set up as per diagram
- 10-12 players, balls, cones, pinnies
Plays starts with Player A passing to B, who pass back and forth with C before laying up into A path run. A dribbles toward corner and makes a cross into C runs, who finish to goal.
A goes to B, B goes to C, C goes to oposite line.
Same play on the other side as well. ( L / R).
Coaching points:
- accuracy, weight, pace of the pass
- movement without ball, timing of runs
- heads up, face the ball always
- good finish, follow through, foot points towards target, ( ball- knee- head)

SSG
- 10-12 players
- cones, pinnies, balls
Depending on numbers set 1 or 2 games 3 v 3, with players in end zone.
Each team scores by passing the ball to opponent end zone player.
end zone player is in charge to communicate with team mate, tell them when in def. where to go , pressure, ( L , R , high, low).
If to easy to score, put condition, attacking player must go through gate, before trying to pass to end player.
In case # are low, play one or 2 games in a 2 v 2 with gates as shown. Score only after dribbling through gate and finish with foot on ball. Add gates on other axis if needed
Warm up - passing (20 mins)
Organization:
- quarter field, set up as per diagram,
- 4 players in each 1/3
Each center player ( blue or red), open to receive ball from partener, have a first touch and pass the ball from own half to other color end player.
Once pass is made, he cross the half to show for pass from different color end player, have a first touch and pass from oposite half, to own end player.
Rotate center players every 1-2 minutes
Coaching points:
- come towards ball in angle ( open body), check shoulder before receiving
- good first touch, heads up
- Pass: accuracy, pace, weight
- Comunication: demand for ball
